Do no use on couperose (dilated or broken capillaries and spider veins), varicose veins, phlebitis (inflamed veins) or skin rashes. Discuss with a doctor before using on extremely sensitive skin. The increased blood flow may initially lead to redness and a slight tingling of the skin. Because the skin around the eyes is very delicate, the Eye Pad should be carefully tested before use.
