ENJO LEAVES 9X LESS SURFACTANTS

An independent laboratory tested ENJO Lavender Blossom Laundry Liquid and a conventional brand laundry detergent for surfactant residues on washed textiles. Compared to ENJO Lavender Blossom Laundry Liquid, the conventional brand laundry detergent was found to leave 9 times more surfactants on the washed textiles.

The German Allergy and Asthma Association highlights the health risks of washing detergent residues like surfactants, fragrances, enzymes or dyes on clothing: „Babies, small children and people with sensitive skin or allergies can suffer from skin irritations or eczema.“

Another issue is the increased use of water-saving washing machines and programmes. As a result, laundry undergoes fewer rinse cycles, which also means that fewer surfactants are washed out of the laundry.

This makes it all the more important to use a laundry detergent that is gentle on the skin and made from natural ingredients.
