Social Media Competition – Conditions of Participation
Conditions of participation in the “5x Outdoor Set and 5x Skin Care Set” competition from 30th March to 05th April 2023.
The organizer of the “5x Outdoor Set and 5x Skin Care Set” competition (hereinafter referred to as “competition”) is ENJO HOMELINE GMBH and ENJO NORGE AS (hereinafter referred to as “ENJO” and/or “provider”).
The closing date for entries is 05th April 2023 at 23:59.
Prizes
- One each of 5x Outdoor Set consisting of 1x Outdoor Glove (Art. No. 50500), 1x Outdoor Duoglove (Art. No. 50501) and 1x Outdoor ENJOfil (Art. No. 50520)
OR
- One each of 5x Skin Care Set consisting of 1x Gentle Wave Body Duoglove (Art. No. 50670), 1x Sun Kiss Face Duoglove (Art. No. 50671), 1x Shooting Star Face Miniglove Deluxe (Art. No. 50673), Balmy Breece Face Pads, Set of 2 (Art. No. 15601)
Participation
All persons who have reached the age of 18 may participate. Prerequisite for participation is that the data is entered by yourself. Participation via a service provider who enters the data of its clients in competitions – so-called competition entry service – is not permitted. The winner agrees that her/his name and place of residence will be published by the provider – unless the winner is a minor. We reserve the right to verify the age of the winner. Legal recourse and cash payment are excluded.
Participation in the competition takes place via the ENJO Instagram and Facebook page. The competition period runs from 30th March 2023, 08:00 to 05th April 2023, 23:59.
If the number of valid entrants is greater than the number of the advertised prize, the lot will decide. In order to take part in the competition, the user must have an Instagram or Facebook account, be logged in and meet the conditions of participation (see procedure).
Multiple participation is not possible.
The competition is offered subject to availability. The provider reserves the right to extend or shorten the competition without giving reasons. The provider also reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they suspect misuse, manipulation or criminal behavior. There is no legal right to participate in the competition. The prize will be drawn from all correct entries.
Procedure
The users are asked to follow our account and like a certain reel/image. A winner will be selected after the competition period and informed via direct message.
If the participant does not respond within 24 hours, the right to the prize expires and a new winner will be drawn.
Participation in the competition is free of charge and not tied to any other services provided by the participant. A transfer, exchange and payment of non-cash prizes is not possible. The legal process is excluded. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation. ENJO reserves the right to change these conditions of participation without prior notice or to cancel the competition without giving a reason if the proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical, legal or other reasons. ENJO is entitled to exclude participants if there is reasonable suspicion that the conditions of participation have been violated. There is no entitlement to participate in or carry out the competition.
Please note: the prize is non-transferrable. The legal process and a cash payment are also excluded.
Notes on data protection – Collection and Use of Data
If you register with us for a competition, we will use your personal data to carry out and process the competition. In the fortunate case that you are one of the winners, this may also include the transfer of your data to participating companies. It may be necessary to send your data to an agency that carries out the competition for us. As a rule, we also reserve the right to publish the names of the winners on our website.
Communications about the competition may be made via email, direct message or in the comments. If you provided a telephone number during registration, we reserve the right to notify you of the win by telephone.
The processing of the personal data collected as part of the competition takes place for the implementation and processing of the competition on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 b GDPR.
After the purpose has been achieved or after you have revoked your consent, your data will be deleted immediately.
This competition is not affiliated with Facebook/Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook/Instagram. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook/Instagram, but ENJO. The information provided will only be used to run the competition. Facebook/Instagram is in no way responsible for the competition. If data is collected by Facebook/Instagram, ENJO is not responsible for this. The participant must inform himself about the data protection conditions of Facebook/Instagram. All questions, comments or complaints about the competition should not be sent to Facebook/Instagram, but to office@enjo.com.
